...is a blog that asks people, "What five things do you love, right now?"

Nosey? Sure.

But it's a good way of finecombing through the millions of things out there and discovering what's worth sharing. Because sometimes the best things you discover are through word of mouth. Or list.

Send your lists for consideration to ltlam AT tpg DOT com DOT au.

This list-heavy blog is edited by Lee Tran Lam, who slaps the pictures together and rounds up the herds of lists. Despite the blog being called Recommended Daily Intake - posts won't quite be appearing everyday, but as the details roll in from the list gods.

Lee Tran Lam is a writer who lives in Sydney, Australia, and is often nose-deep in her other blogs: The Unbearable Lightness of Being Hungry, a food blog, and a newly-started thing called Local Fidelity, an Australian music blog that is semi-related to her show of the same name for FBI 94.5FM. Some of her words have appeared in Rolling Stone, The Big Issue and other mags. She also (slowly) edits a zine called Speak-easy.
